Joseph is passionate about helping clients and class members exceed their own expectations. Joseph believes that progress should be measured in numerous ways, focusing not only on aesthetic results but also how happy you feel, how well you sleep and how much energy you have.

Joseph has a background in sport specific training, most notably working in injury rehabilitation and injury prevention with elite performers in rugby and football.

Joseph grew up in Wimbledon, studying at Wimbledon College, and plays rugby for Old Wimbledonians.
